I am a complexity leadership scholar and network scientist focused on catalyzing and facilitating transdisciplinary scientific teams to address grand societal challenges. I have led and assisted the evaluation of several NSF funded projects. My evaluation approach utilizes network analysis as a diagnostic tool to improve the evolution of social networks within science teams.
