Celine is an Economist/Policy Analyst in the OECD’s AI Policy Observatory. She leads work to promote the implementation of the 2019 OECD AI Principles to ensure the use of AI that is innovative and trustworthy and that respects human rights, democratic values, and the environment. She helps to manage the OECD.AI Expert Group on AI Compute and Climate towards creating a measurement framework for AI compute and its environmental impacts. Her work endeavours to provide policy makers and practitioners with accurate and reliable data and analysis in order to support informed decision-making to reap the full benefits of trustworthy AI.
